Job Title: Automotive Technician

Location: Franklin, KY

Salary: $32 - $45 per hour flat rate, based on experience ($85,000 - $120,000 annual potential)

What You’ll Do:

  • Perform routine maintenance: oil changes, tire rotations, tune-ups, and more
  • Diagnose and repair vehicle issues using modern diagnostic tools
  • Conduct thorough inspections to identify potential problems
  • Communicate effectively with customers about services and recommendations
  • Maintain accurate records of all work performed

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience as an automotive technician or mechanic
  • Strong knowledge of automotive systems and components
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Automotive Technology certification (ASE) is a plus
